A woman contacted her Health Trust to complain about her social worker, who she felt had wrongly accused her of emotional and psychological abuse towards her children.
The Ombudsman has found that a care home provided a patient with the right level of the drug Quetiapine, and addressed a complainant’s concerns about the diet the patient received in the home.
An investigation has concluded that the care plans prepared for a resident of a nursing home in Armagh were largely adequate, but that it had underestimated the resident’s risk of a fall, and that it was inconsistent in its assessment of his mental state.
