What happens when we receive your allegation
If you believe that a councillor has failed to comply with the Code of Conduct you can make an allegation using this form.
The Commissioner can't investigate complaints about the actions of a council.
If you want to complain about the actions of a council then you should use the Ombudsman complaints form.
