Case Digest – School Complaints

A guide to best practice for complaints handling in schools has been launched today (21/03/2023). The guide which is being issued to schools throughout Northern Ireland, will provide school leaders and Boards of Governors with an insight into the key issues which have arisen from complaints.

This, the first of our Case Digests, is the start of our ongoing commitment to share with each sector the overall themes and learning that arise from our investigations. We hope that these case digests will help to better inform and support those in the management of complaints.
